Delivery Information

All shipping is free to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Here at GelSoft™ we aim to have your goods with you within 72 hours. Your orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, on a 48 hour tracked service.

Orders should be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 1pm.

If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please get in touch and we’ll gladly assist you.


You will need to ensure you’re in to receive delivery if not, the Royal Mail typically leave the item for collection at a local sorting facility ready to be collected or for delivery to be rearranged at your convenience.

Large orders may be shipped with an alternative delivery courier company, usually APC.

If you are looking forward to receiving your GELSOFT items and want delivery quicker, you can upgrade to next day service for a small cost.

European and International Deliveries

We currently ship to the following countries. Prices show for delivery are calculated by zones, please locate and select your zone during checkout.

Zone 1 - £9.95
Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Offshore UK Islands.

This postage option is for one item or various up to 30Kg and is insured against loss or damage. 
Custom Law applies to each Country and this is your responsibility

Zone 2 - £15.95
Austria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland.

International Economy - £9.95
We can send via International Economy to any country around the World. 
We reserve the right to change the shipping price at any time without notice and you will be contacted to pay any difference.
If you choose this option, The product will not be insured and the liability of damage or loss is yours. 

Reporting a missing order for International Economy is nearly impossible as it is sent without basic tracking, but any order gone missing and not reported before 30 days, there is absolutely nothing we can do to help. Please read above responsibilities for International Economy.

If your country is not listed please contact us for a delivery quote, and we will do our best to get you the best price!

For all international orders, we accept no responsibility for any additional fees incurred. ie: receiving countries handling fees, import duties, and local taxes. We will not intentionally mislead or falsify any customs declarations to aid avoidance of aforementioned fees. We accept no responsibility for receiving countries laws concerning the importation of certain goods and as such will not refund any items that may be seized by a receiving countries customs.

It is very important that you provide the correct details when making your purchase as you will receive various notifications from us (payment confirmation from PayPal, Invoice email from GelSoft, Shipping Confirmation and Tracking number where applicable). 

International Returns
International returns or order cancellations are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and deduction of verification costs and postage. Items have to be returned in the same good condition you have received them and in the original package unopened or they will not be refunded and you will have to pay for postage again for it to be resent back to you. Please ensure this is dealt with responsibly to avoid disappointment.

If the item was damaged by the courier and delivered to you damaged, please take a photo and reject the item. The item will return automatically but if you do not provide the photographic proof of damage, the order will be treated as a normal return and that will endure the cancellation costs.
