Returning Items

If, for any reason, you'd like to return an item ordered from us, please let us know via email or phone. You have 14 days from the time the item was received to return an item if you change your mind about the purchase. Please ensure you pay the shipping costs in full to return an item you no longer want. If you do choose to return your goods, please complete the following: Download and fill out our returns form, indicating the reason for your return and check either a refund or replacement option. Please ensure the Name, Address and Order number boxes are filled out.

Post the item back to us, preferably with recorded delivery so we can process the item once it's returned. Failure to include a returns form will invalidate the return as we will not be able to process it, we do not offer a refund or replacement if the form is not included.

If there was damage to your item in transit, we'll be more than happy to accept it back for a full refund. Please contact us for a free returns label. If it failed to arrive, please let us know as we'll have relevant tracking information and will be able to assist you further.
