If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern GelSoft’s (DNA LEISURE LTD) relationship with you in relation to this website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement: “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting DNA LEISURE LTD's terms and conditions and privacy statement. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company.

General

We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. Any changes we make will be deemed to have come into effect on the date that they have been posted on the Site. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. This is again clarified by a tick box confirming you have read them on checkout.

These terms and conditions and the use of our website shall be governed by the laws and regulations of United Kingdom. If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods.

Cash on collection.

Credit and debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards online or over the telephone: Visa, MasterCard, Switch / UK Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit / Delta and Electron cards. (Please note there is a 2% surcharge on credit card transactions. Debit cards remain free of charge.) We use WorldPay’s payment terminal for phone transactions.

PayPal - Use PayPal credit or pay via card using your PayPal account. 

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification for cancellation or order must be done by email or calling our office on: 01923261965. If the order has already been shipped, we require that you return the item to us at your expense in order for a refund to be processed.

Returns/Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 30 days of your receipt of the goods, we will refund or replace the goods. If the goods are damaged in transit, we will be more than happy to accept them back for a refund or replacement.

Visible damage, misuse and wear & tear are not covered under warranty if caused by you and not the courier. Such products will only be returned to sender and carriage costs invoiced and billed.

Returns are usually credited with 14 days of receipt. We will refund you as soon as the returns been processed.

Some products may be sold on a 'Limited Warranty' basis. The terms of this warranty are usually stated within the product details. Any faults outside of the limitations are not covered.

Products sold on a 'no return' basis are not returnable. This would have been made clear within the product details. This does not mean that they have a high return rate, but rather the low value or delicate nature of the product has resulted in the manufacturer not offering a warranty.

Any tampering with products will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of DNA Leisure LTD. We will not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
